Dion Neill is one of New Zealand’s most experienced field agents, process servers, security providers, private investigators and repossession agents. Dion’s career began with a period of service in the New Zealand defence forces and emergency services followed by training at the private training establishment of the Royal New Zealand Police College, where he gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills.

Dion has also been certified as a fraud examiner and achieved a Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia), National Certificate in Security and Certificate in Security Operations to Level IV (Australia) along with a number of other recognised credentials. He received extensive training by qualified former detectives, senior police officers, military personnel and intelligence operatives.

You’re in very safe hands! Dion and his associates have worked in some of the world’s most volatile regions, including Asia, Middle East and South Africa. Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand sports team during a tour of South Africa. Dion is a recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance.

In 2021 and 2024, Dion Neill, TNG Security and The Neill Group (TNG) were named as finalists of the New Zealand Security Awards along with the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
